Refund policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
Our hair oil and beauty care products are considered personal care items, and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.
Order Cancellations (24 Hours)
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not yet shipped.
Once an order has been shipped (tracking number created), it is final and cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, email us at admin@gidano.org with your order number.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing admin@gidano.org
To be eligible for a replacement, you must include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged shipping box (including the shipping label)

Clear photos of the damaged product
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photo proof will not be accepted.
If approved, we will provide a replacement. Refunds are not issued for damage claims.
No Returns / No Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or used products

Change of mind

Incorrect address entered at checkout

Refused or undeliverable packages

Carrier delays outside our control
- Packages returned to sender (May incur additional restocking and shipping fees)
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to deny any request that appears fraudulent or abusive. All claims are subject to review and verification.
